Robert Williams Jr.
Chief Executive Officer
Rob Williams is the CEO of Sev-Rend. For the past 30 years he has spearheaded new, innovative packaging products for industries such as fresh produce, seafood, and proteins. First bringing unparalleled quality to the tag and netting packaging vehicles of the industry, Rob has now scaled up Sev-Rend to be an industry leader in flexible packaging space.
Greg Petermeyer
Chief Operating Officer
Greg brings over 25 years of experience to the Sev-Rend team, ranging from financial management to operation management throughout his career. He has been with the Sev-Rend team for over 12 years and in that time became Chief Operating Officer assisting with many aspects of the business.
Bob Renaud
General Manager
Bob Renaud serves as General Manager for Sev-Rend, bringing more than 15 years of experience driving growth and operational excellence within the manufacturing industry. With a strong background spanning both sales and operations, Bob has helped build high-performing teams, improve processes, and support business growth through a focus on efficiency, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Outside of work, Bob enjoys watching and coaching his children’s sporting events, as well as spending time with a good book.

Jeremy Andrews
National Sales Director
Jeremy Andrews has been at Sev-Rend since 2023. As Director of Sales, he builds strong relationships with customers and prospects to deliver high-performance packaging to retailers, growers, packers, shippers, and processors. Jeremy maintains open communication to address any questions or concerns, and is always available to support our partners' success and business growth. He enjoys getting to engage with his team as well as the customers and partners. When he’s not working, Jeremy enjoys spending time with his wife, two daughters, and their black lab, Optimus, as well as watching football and being outdoors.
Bryan Burkhalter
Director of Retail Sales - West
Bryan Burkhalter, Director of Retail Sales-West, has been at Sev-Rend since 2022. He manages and grows the West Territory and Mexico, building strong relationships with current partners and new prospects while promoting sustainable flexible packaging solutions. He values connecting with partners in the field, helping them grow their business by providing expertise, building trust, and delivering top-quality sustainable packaging solutions. In his spare time, Bryan enjoys traveling, golf, concerts, and spending time outdoors.
Lyndi Bruellman
Northeast Regional Sales Manager
Lyndi Bruellman serves as the Northeast Regional Sales Manager for Sev-Rend, bringing a strong background in customer experience, sales leadership, and operational strategy. With extensive experience supporting small and mid-sized businesses, Lyndi is known for building trusted partnerships grounded in listening, collaboration, and a deep understanding of her customers’ goals. She works closely with growers, packers, and retail partners to deliver practical packaging solutions that enhance efficiency, drive growth, and support long-term success.
Randy Clark
Manufacturers Representative
Randy Clark is a Factory Rep–Account Manager for Sev-Rend, covering the North-West and Western Canada. With over 30 years in produce packaging, he specializes in connecting customers with effective, high-quality solutions. He focuses on building strong partnerships, growing market awareness of Sev-Rend’s U.S.-manufactured products, and supporting customers’ operational success. Outside of work, Randy enjoys golfing with his sons, spending time with his grandchildren, and serving in his church.
Alysha Lowe
Marketing Specialist
Alysha has 13+ years of experience working across a wide range of industry sectors, bringing a well-rounded perspective to brand strategy, digital marketing, and design, with extensive experience across multiple industries, specializing in brand development, digital marketing, and creative strategy. Outside the office, enjoys family time, the outdoors, and camping.
Tabatha Hall
Customer Support Specialist
Tabatha Hall, Customer Support Specialist, has been at Sev-Rend since 2014. She handles a variety of responsibilities, including customer service, estimating, answering phones and emails, and entering orders—ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both customers and the team. Tabatha values taking care of customers and enjoys being part of a family-owned business, working alongside a great team of coworkers. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends.
Beverly Eckell
Customer Support Specialist
Beverly Eckell, Customer Support Specialist, has been with Sev-Rend since 2023. Beverly ensures quick turnaround on estimates and order processing, coordinating closely with sales, production, graphics, and customers to meet deadlines. She also handles sample requests to guarantee accurate and timely shipments, along with various clerical tasks that support our quality standards. She values the shared commitment among coworkers to always do what’s best for the customer. Outside of work, Beverly enjoys crafting, thrifting, and spending time with her grandson.

Darren Harvey
Quality, Food Safety & Technical Operations Manager
Darren Harvey, Product Development Manager, has been at Sev-Rend since 2009. He is responsible for new product development and product and process improvement. Darren provides product and technical support at the customer level as well as within the company. Outside of work, Darren enjoys photography, riding his motorcycle, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
Graphics & Print Production
Paige Barns
Print Production Project Manager
Paige Barns, Print Production Project Manager, joined Sev-Rend in 2024. She manages the customer portal, artwork updates, and oversees active projects to ensure customer satisfaction and print quality. Paige enjoys the versatility of her role and supporting her coworkers at every opportunity. In her spare time she loves exploring the scenic landscape of Cahokia Mounds.
Cas Rodenberg
Graphics and Marketing Coordinator
Cas Rodenberg works in graphics and marketing at Sev-Rend and has been with the team since 2024. Cas uses her creative powers to bring high-performance packaging graphics to life. She collaborates closely with customers throughout the design process to deliver clear, impactful visuals ready for flexographic printing. Cas enjoys the uniqueness of flexographic printing and appreciates the art development challenges that it brings. In her spare time, she is an artist who works across a variety of mediums. Cas also enjoys reading and restoring classic cars.

Leslie Mewes
Controller
Leslie Mewes has been at Sev-Rend since 2023. In her role as Accounting Manager, she ensures the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting, oversees cash management, budgeting, and forecasting. She also manages accounting operations to maintain compliance and support the organization's goals. Leslie appreciates being a part of an organization that values innovation, invests in its people, and empowers employees to make a real impact. In her spare time, she enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking and camping.

Rich Halley, Plant Manager, joined the Sev-Rend team in 2015. He coordinates daily plant operations, ensuring everything runs efficiently while providing excellent customer service and consistently meeting customer demand. Outside of work, Rich enjoys camping and fishing.
Logan Simon
Materials Buyer
Logan Simon is a Buyer at Sev-Rend and has been with the team since 2013. Logan is responsible for purchasing materials that ensure the best quality and value. He researches suppliers, negotiates contracts, manages inventory, and monitors market trends to make informed purchasing decisions. He appreciates building strong relationships with suppliers and staying informed on commodity markets to negotiate effectively for Sev-Rend. He enjoys the challenge of sourcing materials on tight deadlines and collaborating with the team to meet customer expectations. When he’s not working he enjoys golfing, working outside, hunting, and spending time with family.
Jesse Porterfield
Manufacturing Engineer
Jesse Porterfield, Manufacturing Engineer, has been at Sev-Rend since 2013. He oversees building and equipment repair and maintenance, ensuring smooth and reliable facility operations. Jesse also leads our continuous improvement program, enhancing equipment performance and process efficiency through data-driven solutions and teamwork. Jesse appreciates working with a team that truly cares about the quality of products. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, as well as hunting and watching sports.
