Here at Sev-Rend we know that there are many key players that are behind the scenes making sure orders are received, properly entered,

and shipping on time! With that being said – some of these individuals sit in critical rolls and converse with some of our clients on a daily basis. We have to use our new Quick Bite Newsletter to highlight these key players.

This month we are highlighting our Sr. Customer Service Representation Tabatha Hall.  Many of you have interacted with Tabatha when calling or emailing into the office in regards to orders for your packaging.  Tabatha is instrumental on making sure things run smoothly and get out on time.  We thought it would be fun to learn a little more about the one person that keeps everyone at Sev-Rend in line:

How Long have you been with Sev-Rend? What is your job title & responsibilities?

I have been with Sev-Rend for 6 years and currently hold the title of Senior CSR. Main responsibilities are taking care of the customers, the sales managers, putting orders in the system, sending Order Acknowledgements and shipping info, answering the phone calls/emails, office stuff, ETC

Favorite travel spot or vacation you have taken in the past?  What is fun about it?

At a resort in Cabo San Lucas, Baja CaliforniaMX.  I love the beach with its beautiful, friendly people and fun party games.  Refreshing beverages always taste better there as well.

What is the favorite part about working for Sev-Rend?

We have a  great team at and fabulous customers

What have you gained from working at Sev-Rend?

Feel valued and a core part of the team. Opportunities to grow and progress within the company

Before working at Sev-Rend, what was the most unusual or interesting job you’ve ever had?

Customer Service at a waste disposal company. You wouldn’t believe the things people accidently throw away and want to try to get back! 

If you had to eat one meal, every day for the rest of your life, what would it be?

Prime steak, baked potato and a salad.

What do you like to do on your days off?

Relax and Hang out with my family and friends.

If you were stuck on an island what three things would you bring?

Water, food and good music.

Any random facts you could share with us?

I have one daughter and two beautiful grandkids. In my free time I love to travel, play all types of games, joke around and see live music.
